Stanford Summer Camps

Camp Cardinal: An experienced team of counselors, innovative programming and daily activities make Camp Cardinal one of the best day-camp options for kids 5 to 12 years old. There are nine sessions, Mon-Fri, beginning June 10 and ending August 9. Registration opened Monday, Jan. 29.

Stanford Athletic Camps: Young people 7 to 18 can find more than 20 sports-specific camps located at Stanford. Soccer, golf, swimming, tennis, basketball, gymnastics, lacrosse, track, and more are offered at all levels.

Farm-to-Table Summer Camp: The Santa Clara Unified School District and Stanford collaborate to offer  learning experiences at the school district's organic farm in Sunnyvale. The day programs are offered in one-week camps, June 24 to July 26, for grades K-3 and July 15 to 19 for grades 4 to 8. Young farmers will have the opportunity to learn where their food comes from and enjoy farm-fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Farm to Table Camp will teach farmers the science of farming as well as hands-on experience with food and cooking. Open to all students, inside and outside of the school district. 

Stanford Summer Programs

Stanford has a wide range of learning opportunities, including programs for high school and community college students.  In addition, there are numerous internship opportunities for undergraduate students with application deadlines ranging from January to May. Stanford Summer Session (June 22 to Aug. 18) - Residential or commuter attendees. High school, undergraduate, graduate, gap year. Must be 16 by the start of the program. Enrollment opens April 8.

Stanford Pre-Collegiate Summer Institute -  Academic enrichment programs for high school students, grades 8 to 11. Online courses range from a few weeks to several weeks in length, no credit awarded. 

Stanford Introduction to Logic - In-person:  In-person two-week camp (non-overnight) for high school students, June 17 to 28, 2024. Online: two-week camp for high school students, July 8 to 19, 2024.
